White and Red dot

Hi. I just bought an A1s. Couple of weeks ago, I noticed that there is a white dot and a red dot at the top. At first I thought it was a dead pixel on my monitor but I was wrong. Do you guys have any clue what that is? I have tried cleaning the lens and its still there. Please help. Thank you.

Sorry to appear a bit slow on the uptake, but do these dots appear in both the LCD and the EVF and also in recorded footage? Are they there in SD as well as HD settings?

Are you able to post an image here yet, or a brief sample on Vimeo? It would help to actually see this.

Yes they are there on recorded footage and on HD. I cant really tell if they are on the LCD OR EVF. I will post later on tonight on vimeo and show you. I have not tried it on SD.

Do you have a clue what the problem maybe?

I'm wondering if it's a fault on the CCDs or the processor. It might be possible for Canon to "programme it out" if that is in fact the problem. We should really look for a more mundane answer first though. Have you noticed this is there all the time even though you are shooting in different locations under different lighting conditions?
