Shoe mount for monitor and mic
I have an XH-A1 and just bought an Ikan monitor. I need a shoe mount that ideally can accommodate both the monitor and my Rode video mic. I bought one of these....
Light and Sound Video Bracket | L.A. Color Shop but it didn't work, any suggestions? I would like something flexible if possible so I can position the monitor lower at almost the lens level in front of the camera while I'm talking and looking into the camera, my eyes have a terrible habit of looking at the monitor rather than into the camera. |

Because the monitor was too wide, and I couldn't fit the Rode video mic under it. I could I suppose get an extension and raise up the monitor a bit but then it makes the monitor sit too high off the cam.
