Quicktime Problems.

When I use quicktime H.264 the video comes out washes out and overbrightened. In the Premiere output window it looks fine. When you play the file it looks way brighter than the original. Anybody else have this problem?

Also what is best for streaming internet content 60 I 25f or 30 F?
