How to disable the "auto off" feature? at DVinfo.net

I am capturing directly into FCP forgoing the tape. How do I stop the XL2 from shutting down automatically?

It's in the menu. It's called VCR Stop. When set correctly, it will unspool the tape after a long rec/pause mode, but won't power off the camera.
