Will Standard XL1 lens work on XL2?
Is the original standard lens that came with my XL1 compatable with the XL2? If so are there any restrictions?

Barry is right that there are no limitations but I think that the range of the lens is affected a little. While it will still be a 16x lens it will start at a little more telephoto than it will on the XL1....at least in 4x3 mode. So at the widest end it won't be quite as wide as it is when mounted on the XL1 and at the telephoto end it will be a little more powerful. Only a little but there is a difference.

I am wondering IF the canon would have been HD. WOULD it have been possible to use all or SD lenses?
