XL2 Owner's Club Card Problems.

I signed up for the XL2 Owner's Club online when I purchased my XL2. I am just now recieving the card and I have noticed some mistakes.

The first problem seems to be that the card has my companies name instead of my name on it. The second problem seems to be that the phone number listed on it is the "work phone number" I filled out when I was filling out the form online. The problem is I don't have a "business phone" for my company yet, so I listed my mother's work phone number. They put that number on the card.

These are mixups by me. I had no idea what information they would use for the card and now I am weary that Canon will call my mothers work when they need to contact me. It would also just feel better to have my name on the card instead of the business.

I wasn't sure if anyone would know how to take care of this, but I don't know of any place better for this kind of stuff. So, what steps could I take in getting a replacement card with the correct information on it?

Thanks ahead of time!

Travis,

Here's the Canon USA contacts page...maybe you can reach someone to amend your data through this:

http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/con...ontactCanonAct

If not, you can return to the registration link and there is further info in the Terms and Conditions, including a fax number.

Cheers,
