Copying NTSC into my PAL XL2

Is it possible to copy a NTSC tape in a NTSC TRV950 to a PAL XL2?
I have loads of old NTSC DV tapes and would like to convert them to PAL.

Thanks
Sandi

Unfortunately it isn't a matter of simply copying, you need to change the frame size and (more difficult) the numbers of frames per second. This needs to be done with software, like DVfilm Atlantis or Nattress Standards Conversion:

Thanks so much Boyd..
I guess I might just keep my TRV950 then. I wish we never had all these regional codes and formats.

regards,
Sandi
