Is there any certain setting that is better for shooting video I plan to make slow motion in post? Like certain shutter speed?

Yep... film the intended shot in 60i if you are going to simply slow down the footage with your NLE. For more professional results, there are a host of 3rd party solutions and gimmicks that you can use, all of which are documented within the bowels of this site. It really depends on what kind of quality you want to get, which is going to be somewhat limited because your camera does not support 60p or any other high speed frame rate from which to under/overcrank, etc.

Although not fully related to the question, I must say I'm impressed with the Timewarp effect in the new After Effects 7.0 for slow motion, it makes very convincing slow-mo using pixel replication and motion.

Some footage it works wonders with, other footage (such as slow motion water droplets) it makes a mess of, but its far better than the usual slow-mo effects.

Maybe you could work that into your workflow.
