XL2 Storage
Hi,
I am going to be away for awhile and, it seems, homeless (long story). I need to store my pair of Xl2s while I am gone and am wondering what the general, if any, issues are with respect to storage and high temperatures. Would it be safe to store XL2s and their lenses in a non temp controlled storage facility? I know the manual servo lens (it has been said here) has issues with high temps, so I will probably keep that in my office. Any thoughts? Thanks everyone. |

Server Room, etc.
We were able to work things out to store our equipment in the server room in our same building. I can't speak to your questions, but you might think about a co-op with someone who has a similar set up. Server rooms are great as they are not only climate controlled, but generally on an alarm if something goes wrong with the temp.
