Want to buy EVF at DVinfo.net

... a working XL-H1 viewfinder.

Anyone got an extra one or two laying around?
Or maybe know where a person can get one?

I've tried Canon... no help.
I don't want the "hanging" version available at B&H, need the actual viewfinder.

Canon won't sell you a replacement? That seems odd. I think you will have a hard time finding this unit as most hang onto them, even if they buy the fu-1000 in place of it. Good Luck. JUst out of curiosity though, what happened to your viewfinder?

I've called several times and they don't even know who I should talk to.

If anyone has a number, name, etc. at Canon that can help me please let me know.

They should help you with it. Or maybe they don't have them anymore because the XL-H2 is almost here and has an improved viewfinder.

No kidding, they should be able to get you one (paid, but still).
