Drivers?

I've used the Firewire cable to go from the XLH1 to the Windows 2000 PC and the computer recognized the 1394 device. However, after I install the standard driver (already on the PC), it asks me to reboot. Once the reboot has completed the 1394 DV Camcorder has a yellow explamation point over the icon in the "Unplug or Eject Hardward" dialog box.

Therefore, DVRack won't recognize the camera. (I've tried the XL-1s and I've tried all firewire ports on the PC). Any idea why I'm getting the yellow explamation point?
