35mm lens adaptor with follow focus?

I have seen a lot of good stuff about cine adaptors. Like the Letus and such. They seem to all let you use canon or nikon SLR type lenses but I want to put a follow focus, or in case of steadicam, wireless FF on it. Is there an adaptor kit or something to put a film gear ring on any of these lenses so that you can use a Chroziel, Cavision or Arri FF on it? Thanks, Jason

Your best bet in this particular case would be the P+S Technik Mini35 (for which we have a dedicated forum elsewhere on this message board). If you can afford a wireless FF (MicroForce has one that's about as expensive as the XL H1, and upwards of $20K fully loaded), then it's assumed that you can afford to buy or rent a Mini35 with a proper 35mm motion picture lens. That's definitely going to be the best way to go.
