EF Adapter - Advice Please
I purchased a 2nd hand EF Adaptor, it didn't come with any instructions & just want to know what the "Lock" lever is for on the side of the Adapter just above the Red LED.

It enables the camera to control the iris when in auto or shutter prority modes. Pressing the button in the centre of the lock lever enables the iris control whilst pressed.
