25F Vs 25PsF
Hi Guys,
a broadcaster is casting to deliver either in 50i or 25PsF. What do you suggest? Can I shoot using the 25F mode? Thanks a lot Have a good day Christian |

Yes. Shoot in HDV 25F, edit in the codec of your choice at 25P, deliver in HDCAM 25PsF.

Is another option to shoot in 50i and pull-down in post?

Sorry, excuse my ignorance. I thought it was possible to convert 50i to 25P in post?

Sure it's possible, but why bother with the extra work and potentially reduced quality?
