Tim over at Canon is the man! My relationship with Canon is pretty strong so I'm somewhat biased. Our feature is a HUGE Canon show. XL-H1, XH-A1, 5D, 30D, RebelXT and all Canon glass.

However, to answer your questions our "A" and "B" cameras will be XL-H1's with the stock 20x and 6x lenses. The XH-A1 (not a G1) is being used by our behind-the-scenes crew.

Picture quality between the A1 and the H1 are similar. I prefer the interchangeable glass of the H1 and then larger form factor. But I have to say that the A1 is a sweet little camera.
