XL1(s) Availability
Hey guys:
I don't know if its cool to post this question but: I searched the archives looking for old posts on places with good prices and good service for the Canon XL1(s), but came up with only a few places: ZGC and ProTape. For those with XL1(s)' or those who have shopped around, I'm wondering what prices and locations you have found your cameras at. Thanks for your help; as a struggling college student, I'm just looking for the best buy without sacrificing service. If this question is not allowed on the DV community, I apologize! (some message boards don't allow exchange of competitive prices on threads . . . but I couldn't find any evidence that happens in this community). Thanks for your help, guys, seriously! Regards, Kyle "Doc" Mitchell |

I don't have an official policy on this yet, but I've gone to a lot of work to find the *best* dealers to help sponsor this site. So I am going to push you in their direction... primarily to keep *you* from getting ripped off, and to be fair to them for helping to keep this site running. If you're on a tight budget, the XL1S may not be the right camera for you. My sponsors will work with you to put the right camera in your hands for your budget. Work with them and they'll work with you. They're the best, and that's why they're here. |

Hello:
Thanks for your help; I've already contacted ZGC and the others you had referenced in earlier posts. I appreciate the information and look forward to my hunting. Once again, thanks! Kyle "Doc" Mitchell |
