sound mixing workflow after PP/cineform at DVinfo.net

Hello,
i would like to get your feedback about how is your workflow to export your project from Premiere/cineform for sound mixing ?
Premiere is good editing product but we can't export to Protools with OMF like avid.
exporting with AAF is possible but it's difficult to find someone accepting this file format.
Mixing with Premiere is totally impossible!

another option is to export track by track the audio from the timeline but it's a huge work with a lot of pb of synchro.

So what do you use ? any experiences ?
