CineForm Support - Are You There??

I ordered NeoScene on Monday and followed activation procedures. However, everytime I submit the activation page, I never receive the response email. I have sent two emails to support, I opened a ticket, I left a voice mail with support. No response whatsover.

I am left with a product I paid for but cannot use. Please help me activate my purchase as soon as possible!

Best regards,
Ralph

David Newman (CineForm CTO) is currently out of office until Thurday, June 25th, with limited email
access. You should call CineForm by telephone at (858) 345-2645 during west coast business hours.

It's Thursday and I still have not received any response from CineForm. No one answers at the phone # and the operators voice mail is full. What's going on??

David Newman June 25th, 2009 11:58 AM

We don't have an operator voice mail, not that we know of (not and option on the voicemail menu.) And support's voicemail is working fine -- it just test it. Half of the team was out for a few days, so I expect we will be catching up soon now that we are all back.

There is an operator option in your voice menu, which took me to a voice mail box that announced itself as full. At any rate, do you have an estimate when someone at CineForm will be able to help me? I don't mind waiting for support on technical issues but this is an activation issue, which means I cannot use the software at all and I have a project on hold due to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You must have an old/wrong number. We don't have that option -- I just tryied it. What did you dial?

Also, support have been trying to seen you emails for days (from both work and personal accounts) and none of them are getting through. No wonder you haven't got any activation emails, you account is not working correctly (something like the mysterous operator vmail.)
