CineForm Announces CineDDR at DVinfo.net

Just discovered the CineDDR app on the CineForm site. Is this the alternative for the HDMI recorder? Any laptops configured to handle this?

CineDDR is for a different market, one that need full highend deck control, and is designed to replace a studio HDCAM-SR deck.
