Dropouts in HDConnect but not from CapDVHS?

I am trying the trial version of HDConnect and I am a new user of the HDR-FX1. I thought I was getting occasional mpeg-2 dropouts from the DV tape, but it turned out to be from HDConnect and was not on the tape. When I transfer with CapDVHS the video is fine. What is doing this? 3.0Ghz PC with 2GB ram and RAID.

We have the sensitivity to MPEG errors turned up too high on the trial version of Connect HD. The release version doesn't have this and we intend to put up a new trail version that addresses this.
