First Light and aspect ratio

I did change original 16:9 video to aspect ratio 2.39:1. Same time I used Offset Y during video clip. That is nice feature and easy to use in First Light.
But if I use this clip in Vegas Pro or Premiere they are not using offset information and that reason the clip is showing in wrong position.

I just tried the same steps using NeoHD v5.1.0.268 and Vegas Pro 9.0e, with and without keyframes, and the clip in Vegas had the same y offset as set in First Light.
