Converted .mts file playback FAST!

I had this problem long ago and now it has returned. I convert a .mts file from my Panasonic AG-HMC150 camera and it plays back FAST, in both Media player and Vegas 10. Yes, yes, i tried the "playback" controls. No difference. What's up with this? HELP!

Oh...using Win 7 64 bit.

Like getting the frame rate wrong. Download AVIFrate.exe to reset the AVI playback speed, than contact support on Monday to determine what has changed.
