quick question on converting

I'm about to start a SD project in Premiere Pro - using SD and HDV footage. Is it advantagous to convert both the SD and the HDV to the Cineform intemediate format? or just the HDV?

thank you!

One advantage you would gain is a 4:2:2 color space which would be helpful if you are doing color keying work. Other than that, I am guessing there would not be an advantage.
