want 24p, on DSLR, should i shoot 1920 x 1080/ 60i or 1440 x 1080/ 30p? at DVinfo.net

going to be getting a sony a580 that shoots either AVCHD: 1920 x 1080/ 60i, OR MP4 1440 x 1080/ 30p
I want to convert it to 24p using cineform neosceen, what setting would I get the better quality with?

Why not get a camera that shoots 24p? That is the best choice, then 60i, then 30p.
