Saving a LUT from Premiere Pro CS5.5 for use in First Light

I would like to use colorista II in PP CS5.5 or AE CS5.5 to create a LUT that I could then load into First Light for CC. I'm aware of the fact that certain features in colorista II won't work in a LUT (pop, power masks etc.) but from reading some reference material on LUT buddy it seems like a lot of the colorista functions are LUT compatible.

I came across this old post on creating a LUT in CS3

Cineform Tech Blog Blog Archive Creating and Exporting LUTs Within Premiere Pro CS3 (Windows)

But I haven't managed to translate this into CS5.5. Can anyone help with this process? I really like the controls in colorista and would love to be able to include it in a first light active meta data workflow.
