strange time line on cineform studio

I'm working with cineform studio last version, and bmcamera dng sequence.
first i think that the lack of ingesting audio is very strange, in different site i read that i can add audio easely by virtual dub and similar, but i think is unconfortable, stupid and limited...
actually i'm working on a full feature movie, and we shoot approximately 4 tb of clip, splitted in since 300 folder, i must relink all clip manually?

loading directly the first frame (not the folder or for a cineform bug sequence are read uncorrectly like frame size) sometimes i found this strange timeline that not fill all the space. What does it mean?

Re: strange time line on cineform studio

additional info,
on since 1600 folders, only 36 give me this kind of error, that mean when i convert sequence into cineform raw i found a shorter .mov than original dng sequence.

if i convert with DPX2CF.exe command line i can convert full sequence in cineform raw.

seems that some frame have some troubles (i can found similar problem to read these sequence on lightroom and after effects, but not in Davinci or smoke).

why command line read correctly sequence and studio cannot do it?
i tested also with last release.
when i can, after ending of NFR contract i will send to you some problematic sequence to test and analize it.
