David,

I read the following statement on your web site:

"Added à NEOPlayer (only) upgrades the CineForm codec that ships with Vegas to the latest CineForm components."

What upgrades does the NEOPLAYER offer for Sony Vegas?

Also, as of yet, I have not installed NEOPLAYER. If I do, will it overwrite my NEO HDV codec that gets installed in Vegas, or are they the same?

NEO HDV has much more than NEO Player. NEO Player only benefits those who have not purchased NEO HDV, just gives them a compatible decoder for the content you can create in NEO HDV.
