I-Frame only Slow motion - a short clip

Hi all,
Here is a 2 and a bit minutes clip I got with the EX3, Nikon 200-400 via Mike Tapa's Nikon G to EX3 adaptor and Flash XDR.

Big thank you to all the guys who gave me some excellent advice - with special thanks to Steve Philipps - who basically gave me the accurate workflow quite a while ago but it took me some time to figure out how to do it properly.

A HUGE thank you to C-D for this miracle device!!!

Shot this morning not far from Sydney. Set the camera to 720 60p, 180* shutter speed, -3 gain. The Flash XDR was set to I-Frame only, 160Mb/s captured to Sandisk Extreme IV 16 GB card. The clip was conformed in Cinema Tools to 25 fps.
No post processing.

The clip plays much nicer without the compression for the web and I apologize for my very basic editing skills.

It is better to play it twice as the second time is smoother, at least on my computer.

Please choose "OSPREY - MATING" which is the last clip in the video gallery.

Comments are always welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for viewing,

Cheers,

Ofer

Dear Ofer,

Nice Video!

Was all of it in slow motion, or only a portion?

Thanks Dan, all the clips where taken at 720 60p, I-Frame only 160Mb/s then conformed in Cinema Tools to 25 fps so they all play in slow motion.

Cheers,
Ofer

And to think, just the other day I was telling the wife I had discovered an unfilled video niche market: bird porn.

Now Ofer has ruined it for everyone. ;}

Nice looking video!
