Please, do the whole thing again and remove the CF card before you reboot (power off and on again).
Good luck

Dear Kaleen,

I received notification of the problem with your nanoFlash at 9:01 PM last night. This came in from our Australian distributor.

I composed a response and emailed it at 9:18 pm last night (Eastern Daylight Time)

In my email to our Australian distributor, I asked if, when you power on the nanoFlash and insert a CompactFlash card does the status light next to the card slot light up.

If the firmware update failed for any reason, your nanoFlash should automatically go into recovery mode, using the "Golden Image" built into the nanoFlash.

I am assuming that you waited until it said "Programming..... Done", before you removed the CompactFlash card and powered off the nano. Is this correct?

Do you happen to remember which firmware you were running previously?

Or how many months ago did you last update the firmware?

If the "Status LED's" light up, then your nanoFlash is operational, and we could attempt to update the firmware again.

You can contact me at CDSupport (at) convergent-design (dot) com

or call me in the USA at 8 0 3 - 2 7 8 - 0 9 4 1

My Skpe number is Dan (dot) Keaton1

Hi
Thanks. Unfortunately the CF card status light does not come on.
Yes, I waited for the messafge saying the flash was complete.
I am not certain but believe the last version of the flash was 1.5.126, definetly many months ago though.
