After Effects 7.0 keeps crashing at DVinfo.net

Alright, I have a VERY simple export in AE7. All I'm wanting to do is export the quick 5 second movie to be thrown into a FCP. Too bad it keeps crashing halfway through the export process. What's going on? I've tried 6 times, and I now have 6 bad files because it keeps crashing. Ideas?

That's happened to me a couple of times when I make a movie w/ a saved template from my output module. Making the settings again from scratch fixed it. If it's not a bug maybe there is something in that spot of the movie making it crash.

It's two pictures from photoshop. One B&W, the other color, and it's just showing color onto an old B&W. There's nothing fancy in this, and I've rebuilt it 3 times now. It's not hard, but what's the point if it'll just keep crashing?
