Hello all. I'm running a workshop on gamma and colorspace at AbelCine in New York on the 28th of October. It's a full day workshop where I will be covering standard gammas, log gamma, raw and colorspace. Wow Alister Chapman’s Gamma and Color Workshop in Miami (at Midtown Video Oct 25/25 2014) was just an amazing and informative event. I feel so fortunate to have attended the Workshop to become saturated (no pun intended) with valuable information about S-log2/3, hyper gamma’s and using color grading tools (Davinic Resolve) to design the perfect LUT (Look) and of course effectively utilizing the incredible F-Stop range of todays excellent digital cameras. Alister's vast knowledge of a wide range of ancillary issues to shooting/editing great looking videos was also very helpful. His class was like a Tools of the Trade Candy Shop for professional Cinematographers/Videographers. If you get a change to attend Alister’s workshops in the future do it, you will come away richly rewarded.

Sorry I will miss both workshops, crazy busy time of year for me. I would really like to find one that fits my schedule. Are you offering other locations and times on the East Coast?

Hi Paul. You missed the Virginia event at Norfolk. I'll be back in the new year for another USA tour. Going to try and arrange events in Chicago, Atlanta, San Fran and LA late Feb 2015.
