ARLO & JULIE, feature film shot on Canon EOS C100, Opens May 8
ARLO & JULIE, a feature film I made last year, opens in Austin Friday, May 8th at the Violet Crown Cinema in Austin. Violet Crown Cinema ? 434 W. 2nd Street at Guadalupe ? Movies in Austin, TX
I wrote this piece about it after principal photography: Arlo and Julie: A Feature Length Film on the Canon C100 Since it's premiere at SXSW in 2014 it's toured in 15 other festivals here and abroad and we've had a great response everywhere. If you can get to Austin you'd get to see 1080P uprezed to 2K on a 2K projector via a DCP. I'll be there opening weekend for questions. I'd love to see my DVINFO friends…the ones I know and those I don't. The film expands to Scottsdale, Arizona May 15 and Santa Fe, New Mexico on May 29. The film played to several sold out shows this weekend and will be held over for another week at the Violet Crown in Austin. It opens Friday, May 15 at the Camelview 5 in Scottsdale, Arizona. |

Arlo & Julie is held over for WEEK 5 in Austin and WEEK 2 in Santa Fe. We're looking at adding more cities and I'll post that here as dates are confirmed.
