VIDEOforum SHOW Feb 7-9 at Earls Court, LONDON

Anybody going to the big Videoforum event at Earls Court in London this week 7-9 Feb 2006?

http://www.videoforum.co.uk

Most of the major company names will be there. Here is a list of exibiters:

http://www.videoforum.co.uk/exhibitorlist_visitor.php

I hope to be there at least one of the days (tickets are free if you register your company online), and hope to buy some equipment from Babylon Media and others.

Any DVi members been to one of the previous shows (This is the 15th Videoforum show)?

I will be there on Tuesday. unforunately JVC and Panasonic themselves are not there this year, but plenty of companies will be demonstrating their products(JVC &Panasonic that is).

Regards

Mick

I'm thinking of driving in as I'm not far from the M3. Will the show have a decent parking area close by?

I can't answer that one. We are on the south coast and will travel up by train, then underground. When it was held at Wembly there used to be loads of parking.

I'll be there all week, with the company I work for. Find stand 370 (Gee Broadcast Systems) and you'll probably find me. Pop by and say Hi!

Cheers,

I'll have a look for your stands, Ed and Mike. Have you any idea of the best place to park? - London can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes.

Sorry to be unclear, I don't have a stand. I was just repeating Ed's.

The website (http://videoforum.co.uk/info_getting.php#road) gives road directions, so I guess there is parking. How much it will cost is a different matter.

There is parking, open air and multistorey around the back, but it is expensive, around £32.00 a day if I remember correctly. I'll be going Wednesday I expect.

Your best bet is to go to one of the outlaying tube stations (parking is about £3 a day) and travel in from there. There are two underground stations serving Earls Court (Earls Court & West Brompton)
