If you are a Youtube Partner you are not limited to any length of video but only to 20GB per upload for as many files as you want. Additionally you can download "HQ" Mp4s of the videos you have uploaded. Some partners, like myself, can enable downloads of videos (to customers) for free or for any set fee as long as you own rights to the content. The best part of being a partner is being able to monetize video content by displaying ads in embedded videos or just on the youtube page itself. While details of monetization cannot be discussed, it is well worth the effort and easily integrates with other google products.
