Is Audio considered a track? at DVinfo.net

Since the DVD specifications states that only 99 tracks or slideshows can be added to a program, I wonder if by "tracks" they mean audio and video. So if I have 70 videos, I can addtionally add just another 29 songs to use over still menus?

Are you stalking about the "DVD Audio" format?
