Idea For DVC #7

Sounds like a good idea.

Do you have a workflow for PAL entries, for non-US made entries? I know if the conversion is done badly from interlaced footage you get a nasty strobing effect as it repeats frames, not simply fields. But some programs may work better.

You might have a bit of time before DVC7 to figure it out anyway ;-)
