Great job Phillip and COOL effects!!! (man, I miss Dr. Dimentos....)

If you had the end of the last "zombie" scene playing back on a TV, THEN have the TV switched off by 'mom,' I think your theme might've been presented better. But, this one worked fine for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Philip:

I have no shame and I am not too proud to beg: Can you send me an e-mail explaining your computer generated bullet hits? I have After Effects 7.0 and believe me, had I acquired the know how, the guy at the end of my movie would have been blown to smithereens. Robert Rodriguez used computer generated bullet hits in his "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" feature.

Brent Graham May 10th, 2007 03:14 PM

Hugh,

Go here and be amazed...then buy everything they sell!!!

Haha, this is what he used. Very useful, I'd suggest touring the rest of their offerings.

Not bad!

I've been using FX from detonationfilms.com for a while. Not quite as polished, but also free http://www.detonationfilms.com/free_stuff.htm

These companies certainly level the playing field, huh? Ahhh, the digital age. Remember the old days when we needed special effects guys to rig bullet hits? My great grand pappy told me about that. :-)

Dylan...now you're speaking words my wallet likes to hear!

Free!
