Re: Tales of Wonder and Woe - Charity Film Challenge 2012
Well, of course *slapping self on forehead.* She sent it to my email several days ago, and my memory only goes back one day. It doesn't go to the future at all anymore...I thought the challenge ended tomorrow night!

Re: Tales of Wonder and Woe - Charity Film Challenge 2012
Mine defaults to 360p. It's a 1080p file so not sure why I have to change the setting every time I want to watch it?
Other videos play in HD right away. I have the play in best rez box selected but that makes no difference at all. But that's why I host my own videos and don't use YouTube. The file was too big for Vimeo when I tried it last night so I'll compress it and see if I can upload it again. Why am I paying for a plus account on Vimeo when I can't even upload a 4 minute HD video without compressing the hell out of it? |

Re: Tales of Wonder and Woe - Charity Film Challenge 2012
I'm uploading to Vimeo so hopefully it will look better. I mean how many people know to switch their settings to HD on YouTube if the video quality looks bad? Probably not a lot.
Just bought Compressor and will set it for optimum settings for Vimeo and upload again. This is like the fourth time I've tried uploading to vimeo. The file is only 635MB but Vimeo keeps crashing. |

I use Sorenson Squeeze to encode my videos.
For youtube and vimeo I have best results when encoding to H264/ mp4. I'll share my settings when I get back to my computer. |
