Problems with DVD

So, I edited a 16-min short on FCP and am using DVD Studio Pro for authoring. The first and major problem I had was the video file I made using Compressor (with the "Best Quality DVD 90 Minutes" setting) was completely messed up when viewed in the DVD Studio Pro tester screen. So, I exported as just a Quicktime file from FCP instead (which gave me poor quality video).

I made a DVD with this, but for some reason, the entire screen was offset just a bit to the right, which of course wasn't in FCP (nor in the Quicktime file; plus, even the menu was offset).

Finally, I found a single frame at the end of one shot from the previous shot, which I could not find when I went back in to FCP to look at the individual frames.

If anyone could help me out with these problems, that would be great.
