DVD burning W/ My Sonic & ShowBiz at DVinfo.net

This is all new to me. I have a DVD I would like to edit so My Sonic sends it to ShowBiz to edit. When I put the DVD in the player the ShowBiz will only let me edit 14 mins of the DVD and I can not go past the 2nd transistion point in the program. And on the time line the I can only get 14min to show up. I also sent the same movie from my analog camera through my Canon GL2 to convert it to digital to the ShowBiz program with the same results 14 mins.???

So what did I do wrong? Thanks for the help.
