image jump/glitch from DVD Studio Pro? at DVinfo.net

I've authored a 2 minute DVD of an animation that is just some eases on photos. At one point roughly 50 seconds in, the image looks extra compressed for about 1 frame. (then it happens again a second later).

I don't see the problem in the m2v that I compressed before bringing it in Studio Pro, I only see the problem in the burned DVD.

Can you think of anything Studio pro would be doing to my m2v? Is it some kind of GOP frame, or chapter break that it is adding to my video?
