My Videos

I created two videos with my 5DMKII.

The first is a time lapse with an ALT-Azimuth tracking mount. I used the 24-104 L IS kit lens in 24mm mode. Graded (contrast enhanced to deal with light pollution) with Vegas Platinum.

The second is a video with my 5dMKII mounted on a tripod and wedged against the roof in the passenger seat of a rental car. Again I used the kit lens in IS mode.

Here's another one. I am a true amateur but I keep working on making these better.

Comments and criticisms are welcomed.

I have done photography through a telescope before, but never used a tracking mount with a wide lens like that... TOO COOL! Totally changes your perspective.

Nothing special with this one. No stabilizing. No color grading. Just raw 5DMKII video with the 24-104 f/4L kit lens and some some real good timing.
