DVCPRO50 direct to disk???

Anyone know of DVCPRO50 direct to disk solutions?

None that I know of yet. But, even though it will be a bucketload o' data, I don't think it would be far off. One of the issues -may- be that Panasonic's big cams, like the SDX900, tend not to have Firewire connectivity which would be essential for using a standard drive enclosure.
