This is a great professional HD camcorder which records directly to SD cards (dual slots) in a .MOV or .MP4 wrapper. Drag your clips directly onto the timeline of pro editing systems like Final Cut and Premiere. The form factor of this camera is amazing, whether over-the-shoulder or on a base, the controls are where they "should be" and most features can be access with direct switches/buttons rather than being buried in menus. With the complete setup included in this auction (Camera, Lens, Carry Case, Battery, Charger, Base Plate, Microphone and more), there's no need to hunt around for accessories. You can power this camera from the battery, the tandem charger, or connect both for quick changeover from fixed tripod use to "run & gun". The Fujinon 17x5 lens is widely regarded as one of the best, and it was an "upgrade" in the original camera purchase. I’m selling my used Steadicam Arm & Vest, which includes: - 2 section arm - Vest - Merlin post - Storage foam Plus some add-ons - Berkley System’s Glidecam adapter post - Buckles upgrade. Gets rid of the noisy Velcro system (I’m still including the original Velcro straps). - Rolling carrying case The arm’s elbow piece was bent about ¼” but I sent it to Tiffen to have it repaired, I continued using it after the repair and it works perfectly. The kit shows some signs of wear, but like all Steadicam products, they are built to last and it is working just as new. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GLIDECAM HD4000: I’m selling my used Glidecam HD4000. It is in perfect working conditions. It shows some signs of wear but nothing that will affect its functionality. I’m including some add ons: - Manfrotto 577 quick release adapter. I was just writing about the lack of HDMI to feed the external recorders, but apparently you have just updated the post to add the StarTech Converter info. However, you may wish to link a different converter model that has analog audio in - TOSLINK is not going to work with your camera.

Genus Superior Follow Focus System: Perfect follow focus for the Sony F3, FS100, FS700, Canon C300, Arri Alexa and Panasonic camcorders.
Retails at $1080.00 with the optional gears, selling for $695.00 or Best Offer. It's in flawless condition, no scratches, built beautifully. Never used on a shoot. It was bought for a documentary shoot but the DP for that project came with his own unit. I have another follow-focus, this one is still sitting in a box. No sense in buying a brand new one, this one is in perfect and widely sought after as the best bang for the buck in its class at the full retail price. The turning motion is silky smooth and exact. I do like the quick release design which offers easy mounting on and off anywhere along the rails. It can also be flipped to allow reverse rotation which is useful for Nikon lenses. Works fine with DSLR cameras such as the 5D. There are two optional pitch gears 0.5 and 0.6 pitch gears are included with this package which will allow a wide range of lenses to be used with this system. |
