Color Grading X to Resolve
So I've been experimenting which system with which to use my ridiculous amount of image manipulation. Among these I've been trying Resolve 11 Lite but most online boards say Lite only supports one GPU where I just recieved my dual 700 gpu on my new Mac Pro. Discouraged, I thought, well, I can't spend another 1000 dollars up front on just the grading but then I stumbled on this on Blackmagic's own site:
Comparison chart: Under "Supports AMD GPUs using OpenCL for performance grading:" Resolve Lite is listed as having "1 GPU, 2 GPU on 2014 MacPro". Does that mean Davinci has made an exception for Mac Pro computers and the system is using both GPUs for rendering etc? |

Re: Color Grading X to Resolve
It probably means that since the new MacPro ships with two GPUs as a standard, unlike most other computers, Resolve will recognize the configuration and take advantage of it.
