Freeze Frame on A compound clip
So, I have a map, and I want to zoom the map in and have the county show up in green. Using a compound clip I can zoom in the state and have the county appear, but I don't think I can 'freeze frame' the end of the compound clip.
I can freeze frame the map without making it a compound clip, but then I'm having to hand place the county. I may have to do this in Vegas, which is pretty simple, but I wanted to ask and see if I'm missing something in FCPX that allows you to freeze the motion on a Ken Burns compound clip.

Re: Freeze Frame on A compound clip
I assume that for some reason the standard "Add Freeze Frame" isn't working for you. Use the Share menu to export a still at the frame you want the freeze frame ("Save Current Frame") and import the still. Done.

Re: Freeze Frame on A compound clip
Hey William,
Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I was trying to feeze the last of my compound clip while using Ken Burns. But as you know , the length of the compound clip keeps zooming based on length. Thanks again.
