Getting video from friend's dvd at DVinfo.net

I wanted to get some footage from a friend's dvd and convert it to then edit in FCP. Is there a how-to somewhere?

I have a MB Pro, 2.33, FCS 2.

Get the latest version of MPEG Streamclip. It can open DVDs, and then you can convert it to whatever format you want, DV included.
