Timelapse Flicker in FCP at DVinfo.net

Hi all,
I'm in a bind , any help would be very much appreiciated. I've got 1080iHDV footage I have sped up (up to 3000% on some clips), my problem is being a newb I left the camera in auto and the aperature changing has caused a very noticeable flickering on all clips.
Anyone know of a fix, other than shooting it right in the first place. I know of GBDflikcer, but its PC only.
