Mac conversion for *.cfa, *.pke files??

I have been delivered a project for edit, but the files were captured in adobe formats. Is there a way to convert? Any ideas?

Those file types are "conformed audio" and "peak" audio files and not something FCP can recognize. You'll need to either have the PP editor output those captured files as QT files of some sort or, get the original media and capture it yourself.
