M2T Capture & Split
Is there a way on the Mac to capture M2T files and split them into 4.7Gb chunk to burn onto a DVD??
I've used DVHSCAP but this only allows me to capture the whole thing and I end up with a 13gb file which I can't backup. Thx |

Not without transcoding.
Best option is to load in chunks or get Blu-Ray. |

Try MPEG Streamclip - www.squared5.com. You'll still have to capture the footage but it should help you compress it for DVD. And, oh yeah, it's free.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Toast allow multiple disc spanning?
Just double checked and it does.
